Another recipe

Last night we tried another recipe from the cookbook. We tried Aloha chicken with sweet potato and pineapple. The girls liked it!! Add it to our rotation! I didn't add too much pineapple so there was a hint of it but they liked it and they got to eat sweet potato too! Today I am going to attempt the lasagna with cauliflower and sweet potato....I will let you know how that comes out. My co-worker also has the book and tried the brownies with spinach...she said they tasted horrible! She liked the chicken nuggets with broccili though. So we will see.
